Our Homes start at $1,050.00 per square metre and include 9 foot ceilings as standard with at least 10 foot in the living, polished concrete floors and clear anodise finish to windows and doors with 2400mm joinery height. As an example, all of these things would cost extra with other builders.

The home featured in our 1st Photo Gallery is $1,100.00 a square metre and includes in addition to the previously mentioned features, 13.5 foot ceiling height in the living area and stone bench tops in the kitchen.
